About the Role

Chili is looking for a Business Operations Intern to support the companys day-to-day administrative operations while gaining practical exposure to People Operations Finance and Corporate Administration.

This internship is designed for a student who wants to understand how a growing international company operates behind the scenes. The role will provide structured learning across different administrative functions helping the intern develop practical skills in organization reporting business processes documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

The intern will work under the supervision of a designated manager and will support administrative and operational activities without independent decision-making authority in HR finance or legal matters.

Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Currently studying Business Administration Business Management Accounting Human Resources Economics or a related degree compatible with the internship activities.
  • Organized and attentive to detail.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets systems and administrative documentation.
  • Interested in understanding how businesses operate across different departments.
  • Proactive and willing to learn.
  • Able to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Comfortable communicating with different members of the organization.
  • Able to manage multiple administrative priorities under supervision.
Desirable Skills
  • Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with HR project-management or finance systems.
  • English or Spanish proficiency is considered an advantage.
  • Interest in automation AI and improving administrative processes.
Internship Structure

The internship will provide exposure across three connected areas of business administration:

  • People Operations & HR Administration
  • Finance Administration
  • Corporate & Legal Administration

Activities will be performed for educational and developmental purposes under supervision and will not include independent authority to make employment decisions approve financial transactions provide legal advice or otherwise act autonomously on behalf of the company in regulated or managerial matters.
