Operating in major markets including Brazil Colombia Argentina Chile and Mexico they are building innovative digital healthcare experiences that improve patient engagement accessibility and outcomes.

As they continue to scale they are looking for a Product Manager to lead the evolution of their mobile products and help shape the future of healthcare technology.

• Location: São Paulo Brazil (On-site)
• Work Authorization: Existing work authorization for Brazil is Required
• Compensation: $200000-$300000 Annually

As a Product Manager youll own the mobile product strategy and roadmap from discovery to launch. Working directly with founders designers engineers and operations teams youll build intuitive high-impact mobile experiences that drive user engagement retention and business growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys shipping products solving customer problems and making data-driven product decisions in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Own the mobile product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on customer needs and business impact
• Define product requirements and collaborate closely with design and engineering teams
• Drive the complete product lifecycle from discovery and experimentation to launch and iteration
• Analyze product metrics customer feedback and behavioral data to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with engineering operations customer success and growth teams to improve the user journey
• Define and monitor KPIs including activation engagement retention conversion and product adoption
• Champion user-centric product development and continuous experimentation

• 3 years of Product Management experience building mobile-first products
• Experience working closely with iOS Android or Flutter engineering teams
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product and business metrics
• Ability to translate customer insights into clear product requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and bias for execution
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments

• HealthTech consumer apps marketplace or digital platform experience
• Technical background or familiarity with React or Python
• Experience with platform products or third-party integrations
