Position Overview
As a Site Procurement Manager for Amazon Logistics youll be the crucial link between Global Procurement and Operations leadership managing procurement operations for our Delivery Stations nationwide. Youll drive strategic vendor relationships optimize procurement processes and lead a team of procurement professionals.
Key job responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of procurement analysts ensuring full compliance with Global Procurement Policies and local regulatory requirements
Manage end-to-end relationships with facilities vendors as Janitorial Pest control Meals and food services commute services and waste management.
Develop and strengthen local supplier relationships fostering a competitive and resilient vendor base
Design negotiate and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders ensuring measurable KPIs clear accountability and continuous performance improvement
Collaborate with Finance to optimize budgets forecast spend and track cost-performance metrics aligned with organizational goals
Identify opportunities for cost savings process improvements and innovation through strategic sourcing initiatives
Partner with Maintenance/RME to define technical service requirements and ensure vendor compliance with facility standards
Work closely with Human Resources to align vendor-provided services (meals shuttle workplace environment) with employee experience and well-being objectives
Engage with Operations to guarantee service continuity minimize disruptions and support site-level operational targets
Act as the single point of contact for procurement-related decisions for Delivery Stations building trust and alignment across all stakeholder groups

Your role combines strategic vendor management with practical operational oversight. Youll balance multiple priorities - from ensuring day-to-day facility services run smoothly to optimizing long-term procurement strategies.
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Experience in the following procurement domains: Materials Management Logistics Supply Chain Operations and/or Shipping Supplies
- Experience using Microsoft Office particularly Excel and analytical platforms including but not limited to the ability to analyze data using pivots and V-Lookups
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience in facilities management or experience in vendor management
- Experience in people management
