The role focuses on reviewing AI-generated transcripts against recorded audio and ensuring that every transcript is accurate complete readable and consistent with the spoken conversation.

• Review Brazilian Portuguese transcripts against recorded audio.
• Correct spelling grammar punctuation and formatting errors.
• Identify missing incorrect or misinterpreted content.
• Verify terminology names and contextual meaning.
• Follow detailed transcription and QA guidelines.
• Maintain consistent quality and accuracy across assignments.
• Meet required productivity and turnaround expectations.
• Escalate unclear audio or quality concerns.

• Native or near-native Brazilian Portuguese.
• Fluent or native-level English written and spoken.
• Strong Portuguese grammar spelling and proofreading skills.
• Excellent listening and comprehension.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.

• Experience in transcription proofreading editing translation localization QA captioning or content moderation.
• Background in linguistics journalism education communications or writing.
• Experience working with AI-generated content.
• Familiarity with transcription and annotation platforms.

• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Strong command of Portuguese and English.
• Enjoys finding and correcting language errors.
• Able to stay focused on repetitive accuracy-driven tasks.
