Job Summary

We are looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to monitor and review daily transaction activity. The main goal of this role is to track payment statuses identify issues and help ensure smooth payment operations.

Responsibilities

-Monitor and review payment transactions

-Track payment statuses: successful pending declined failed

-Identify document and escalate payment-related issues

-Perform manual checks of transaction results when needed

-Re-check transactions after fixes or updates

-Maintain internal reports and documentation

-Communicate with support and operations teams

-Help ensure accuracy and consistency in payment workflows

-Current residency in Latin America is mandatory

-Experience in operations support back office or payment-related roles

-Strong attention to detail

-Ability to work with data and follow internal procedures

-Good written communication skills

-Basic understanding of online payments

-English (or Spanish/Portuguese as required) for written communication
