Key job responsibilities
Amazon is seeking a motivated candidate to develop innovative solutions and manage our transportation network regarding Seller Drop-off Points and its sellers; as well as scaling Customer facing services. As a Marketing and Communication Specialist you will have to:

Manage communication strategy through a network of 5000 partners;
Work on training communication and surveys together with transportation and business teams;
Define and improve value proposition for store partners with Amazon business;
Expand new business for store partners;
Work with large volumes and big data in a highly complex business;
Leverage synergies on Amazon ecosystem to maximize partner experience;
Work with business intelligence tools access and working with big data from multiple source;
Work backwards from Customer feedback to provide product and process improvement;

A day in the life
Create communication pieces together with Operations according to business needs;
Plan ahead of events developing a plan for communication and information for store partners;
Develop communication strategy for new features on launch;
Seek partnership with other Amazon teams to implement initiatives that maximize partners experience;
Work on surveys to define operational requirements;
Work customer backwards on partners need to improve their experience with Amazon;
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations Transportation Business teams) for input gathering
Present data-driven insights on business impacts

- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience working with clients
- Knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity visual design print and digital layout design with experience in designing for both mobile and desktop applications
- Experience in Business English skills both verbal and written

- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.)
