Role: Part-time Media Buyer
Priority Location: Latin America South Africa or Eastern Europe
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM 1:00 PM Eastern Time (20 hours per week with strong potential to grow into a full-time position)

About the Role:

Were looking for an experienced Paid Media Buyer who understands that successful healthcare advertising is about attracting the right patientsnot simply producing more clicks or leads.

Youll become an integrated member of the business working consistent hours alongside the team participating in weekly KPI meetings and taking ownership of advertising performance as if you were an in-house marketing leader.

Youll oversee every stage of the paid acquisition processfrom campaign strategy and audience research to creative testing optimization reporting and ongoing performance improvements.

The ideal candidate has successfully marketed high-ticket healthcare services particularly within chiropractic physiotherapy rehabilitation regenerative medicine functional medicine or similar premium healthcare businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Media Management: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that align with business growth objectives focusing on scaling high-quality lead generation for premium healthcare services.
  • Full-Cycle Ad Ownership: Own the entire advertising lifecycle across Meta Google Search/PPC and Local Services Ads (LSA). This includes building campaign structures conducting keyword research testing creative variations and managing daily budgets to improve cost-per-qualified-consultation.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Proactively monitor campaign health using key performance indicators such as ROAS CPL and CPA. Go beyond simple reporting to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for A/B testing landing page improvements and budget allocation.
  • Channel Optimization: Identify and execute improvements across all platforms including specifically rebuilding and optimizing Google Ads performance and enhancing LSA profile rankings to maximize booked appointments.
  • Collaborative Growth: Act as an integrated team member by participating in weekly meetings monitoring lead quality and continuously refining strategies to reduce wasted spend while scaling winning campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in managing Meta and Google Ads accounts (please provide specific performance metrics such as CPL lead volume and ROAS).
  • Industry Background: Candidates with experience marketing businesses in Chiropractic Physiotherapy or similar healthcare industries is highly preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in campaign optimization independent budget management and data-driven reporting.
  • Strategic Mindset: A curious proactive approach that combines technical know-how with strategic thinking to test new ideas and improve long-term performance.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communicator who works well within a team and provides clear consistent updates.
