Team Overview

We are building a food delivery ecosystem in the Brazilian market driving platform order growth by empowering local restaurant this role you will directly engage with Brazilian merchants gain deep insights into their operational pain points design effective platform incentive strategies and guide merchants to convert their private-domain traffic (e.g. WhatsApp groups Instagram followers) into orders on our delivery platform. You will be a key driver of our local growth engine.

Role Responsibilities


  1. Merchant Acquisition & Relationship Management Recruit and onboard high-quality local restaurant merchants; conduct in-person visits or online communications to build strong relationships; assist new merchants with store setup menu verification and ensure healthy supply in the assigned area.




  2. Promotion & Incentive Design Monitor local market competition support the design and execution of merchant-side promotional campaigns (e.g. new-store subsidies discounts); track campaign coverage and ROI and adjust strategies based on performance data.




  3. Private-to-Public Traffic Conversion Strategy Educate and guide merchants through solution presentations and best-practice case studies to encourage their loyal customers from private channels (WhatsApp Instagram etc.) to place orders on our platform enabling cross-channel traffic synergy.




  4. Data Analysis & Insights Monitor merchant operational metrics (e.g. order volume cancellation rate campaign health) using Excel/Google Sheets; identify anomalies and provide actionable recommendations to support operational decision-making.



Role Qualifications


  • Enrolled in a Bachelors / Licenciatura still to be completed.



  • At least 12 months remaining before graduation.


  • Fluent English (written and spoken)for daily communication and reporting with cross-border teams;




  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP); familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus. Must be able to identify operational issues through data.




  • Self-motivated results-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
