Job Summary

Tetra Pak is looking for a Maintenance Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring governance and control of maintenance cost management and investment processes guaranteeing compliance with established standards and methodologies. You will act in the financial management of projects feasibility analysis and asset control contributing to operational efficiency resource optimization and strategic decision-making.
You will work closely with different areas supporting project leaders controlling and operational teams as well as promoting continuous improvements through analysis and data management tools. Your role will be essential to ensure financial predictability budget control and the performance of plant investments.


The position is based in Ponta Grossa Brazil.


Tetra Pak does not sponsor work visas or offer relocation for this position.

What you will do

As a Maintenance Analyst you will:

  • Develop and control spreadsheets for maintenance investment budgets (MAN) global investments and simple purchases control postings and support project leaders in financial controls;
  • Lead the budgeting process for future investments together with the processes providing guidelines and ensuring information flow;
  • Prepare and control investment proposals monitor the approval flow and control investment spreadsheets;
  • Prepare project expense forecasts according to the evolution of design review steps;
  • Prepare financial reports of investments for controlling costs and other involved areas;
  • Provide support in the preparation of payback calculations and project feasibility analyses as well as in the preparation of the plants project portfolio and review calculations after project implementation;
  • Perform accounting closure of projects and inform controlling about the final or temporary closure of assets;
  • Manage plant assets request disposals and add new assets;
  • Carry out 5S activities within the department participating in internal and external audits and executing corrective actions;
  • Develop cost management tools such as Power BI for visual management of project expenses;
  • Lead task groups for maintenance cost management creating synergy with other pillars;
  • Manage managerial and operational processes within the SGI.
We believe you have

  • Bachelors degree in related fields;
  • Previous experience with SAP preferably with cost management modules;
  • Advanced English is required;
  • Previous experience with project cost management will be a strong advantage;
  • Experience working with global teams will be considered a plus;
  • Analytical profile with attention to detail.
