Lease Abstraction Analyst (Remote) - Must be based in São Paulo

As part of our Business Services team youll play a key role in supporting clients by transforming complex lease information into clear actionable insights that drive smarter property and portfolio decisions.
What Youll Do
As a Lease Abstraction Analyst you will review and analyze commercial lease documents extract critical data and ensure accuracy and compliance. Your work directly supports client property management legal and finance teams by enabling efficient lease portfolio analysis and decisionmaking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review abstract and process commercial leases and related legal documents
- Extract and summarize key lease data including rent terms renewal options obligations and expense details
- Perform accurate data entry validation and ongoing maintenance of lease records
- Process lease change requests and amendments
- Verify lease compliance mathematical accuracy and alignment with industry standards
- Identify and flag potential compliance or data issues for clients or leadership
- Track and resolve midlevel issues; escalate complex or highrisk issues as needed
- Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Recommend system process or workflow enhancements to improve quality and efficiency
- Perform other related duties as assigned
This role reports to the Manager of Lease Administration.
What You Bring
Musthave qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in commercial property management lease administration or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to work effectively across diverse audiences
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects or client priorities simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with industry best practices related to lease administration and compliance
Nice to have:
- Experience working with lease abstraction systems or property management software
- Exposure to large or multiproperty lease portfolios
- Experience supporting clientfacing teams or external stakeholders
