Description
Leads or coordinates project teams from design to delivery. Leverages knowledge expertise and project management skills to direct team members resolve issues and ensure achievement of project goals. Plans organizes secures and manages resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. Facilitates engagement of project team members and ensures all project phases are designed executed and delivered in a manner that meets customer expectations. Facilitates cross-functional teams ensuring execution of defined deliverables and driving key decisions.
Responsibilities
Provides Project Management support for moderately complex projects within a functional operational or technical area. Supports all aspects of project execution including: Requirements gathering Chartering Scope definition Project planning Change control Risk management Close-out and Reporting. Facilitates resource planning cost estimation budget development and cost control. Ensures understanding of core processes workflow and customer / stakeholder interdependencies. Ensures consistent application of Project Management methodology processes tools and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Identifies and makes recommendations for process improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field completed
- PMP certification any lean manufacturing certification (desirable but not mandatory)
- Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience managing Lean Manufacturing Projects
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
- Work model: Hybrid (3 times per week)
