Job Title: Lead Specialist Credit risk & Order blocks

The Credit Analyst role will provide qualitative / quantitative analysis reporting and recommendation on the customers financial wealth to internal stakeholders withindsm-Firmenich. Alongside handling blocked order management from end-to-end.

Yourkeyresponsibilities

• Assess potential and existing customers with our credit model based on financial statements and qualitative information providingaccuratecredit recommendations and ensure credit group policy is followed and known by the entire impacted community.

• Support the sales increase in complex countries and mid-markets proposing credit risk mitigation solutions ( finance) and monitoring AR closely to ensure to avoid/reduce write-off in such countries and markets

• Monitor and release blocked sales orders in the system by providingappropriaterecommendationto the respective approvers for proper decision making and approval.

• Entitle the person tomaintainthe credit master data as per the requirement.

• Require the person to collaborate with various teams both internal and external to credit management for informed decision making and recommendation.

• Requires proactive approach towards problem solving and improving process efficiencies and work late shift (from 11 to 20).Shouldbe willing to work in shifts

YouBring

• University Degree or equivalent.

• Experience in credit managementaccountingor finance.

• Knowledgebaseinfinancial ratiosin order toprovideaccuratecredit reports and recommendations.

• Two plus years experience in working with SAP/FSCM/S4Hana systems would be preferrable.

• Proficiencyin MS Office pack including Microsoft Excel tools and SAP knowledge.

• Fluent communication skills in English both oral and written
