Lead Project Management Specialist Project Planning (São PauloSP)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules budgets cost forecasts and project control plans using appropriate planning and cost management tools;
• Monitor project performance analyze schedule and cost trends identify risks and opportunities and provide accurate forecasts and recommendations to project teams;
• Ensure compliance with GE Vernova project controls standards processes procedures reporting requirements and governance practices;
• Collaborate with project managers finance teams functional leaders and external stakeholders to manage project costs change orders reporting and financial reconciliations;
• Support tendering activities project close-out processes continuous improvement initiatives and the planning function across large-scale turnkey projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Finance or a related field;
• Solid experience in project planning and scheduling for large turnkey or complex infrastructure projects;
• Previous experience with project cost control budgeting forecasting and financial performance management;
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera and project scheduling methodologies with the ability to manage integrated project plans;
• Previous experience supporting construction commissioning energy industrial or grid infrastructure projects.
