Title: Latin America Growth Strategy Sr Manager- 122220
- Lead end-to-end execution of the Latin America Growth Plan including governance milestones and risk management.
- Orchestrate structural growth projects (industrial capacity localized portfolio structural cost).
- Act as a strategic integrator between Manufacturing Product and Go-to-Market teams.
- Own and communicate the LAGrowth narrative in regional and global leadership forums.
- Coordinate all key governance aspects of LAincluding scorecard strategy reviews business councils capital councils planning letters all hands meetings.
- Active ownership and presentation of Growth Plan chapters in global forums.
- Present growth plan to senior whenever they visit the Region
- Structured shadowing with the LA and global leaderships.
- Key initiatives are sponsored by named global leaders with the role acting as single point of contact.
- 10 years of progressive experience in Strategy Business Transformation Operations Corporate Planning Consulting or related leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix environment.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Economics Agribusiness Finance or related field.
