We are building a talent pipeline for multiple open technology roles with venture-backed U.S. startups hiring remotely across Latin America. Rather than applying to a single req submit once and be considered for every role that matches your background as new openings are released.

Roles We Are Actively Filling

• Backend Engineer
• Frontend Engineer
• Full-Stack / Fullstack Software Engineer
• Senior Backend Engineer
• Software Engineer (general and specialized including AI/browser agent work)
• Product Engineer
• Product Manager
• QA Tester / QA Engineer

New roles are added regularly across engineering product and quality assurance.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in your discipline
• Startup experience strongly preferred comfortable in a fast-moving low-bureaucracy environment without a polished playbook
• Ability to operate autonomously and own work end to end
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Based in Latin America with the ability to work core U.S. business hours
• Product company background preferred over agency or consulting work that rotates between client projects

Nice to Have

• Experience at a company that scaled through an early growth stage (roughly $1M to $10M ARR)
• Fintech SaaS or AI/ML domain experience
• Prior experience as an early or founding technical hire
