We are seeking a skilled OTC derivatives Sales Trader to join our this dynamic role youll be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities analysing market trends and closely collaborating with global teams for a diverse range of agricultural products. Youll leverage your expertise to secure the best deals for Olam Agri while building strong relationships with clients across the globe.
- Market and sell agricultural OTC derivative solutions to clients.
- Develop client relationships and provide tailored hedging solutions.
- Support trade execution and post-trade activities.
- Represent the business at industry events and conferences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Expand the client base and support business growth.
- Monitor market trends and maintain industry networks.
- Collaborate with internal teams across regions and business units.
- Manage relationships with institutional clients and deliver customized solutions.
- Provide responsive client service and market insights.
- Stay informed on market economic and industry developments.
- Bachelors or masters degree in finance business management economics or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in risk management solutions (OTC derivatives) sales preferably in the Brazil and LATAM region.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication presentation negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
