Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused IT Product Owner to support the vision roadmap and
delivery of our Distributor and Branch Product Information Portal.
This platform supports the full product lifecycle including Product Information Training Marketing Sales and Warranty applications serving both internal stakeholders and external customers.
A key initial focus of this role will be to support the business transition from JCI to Bosch
ensuring continuity optimization and enhancement of the portal experience during this critical
transformation.
The Product Owner will drive alignment across Product Manager and Development teams
while maintaining strong delivery execution in an agile environment.
They will be working closely with the product manager development teams and customers to deliver high-value solutions. This individual will work under the product manager from ideation through delivery leveraging
innovative thinking and emerging technologies (including AI) to continuously enhance the platform
and deliver measurable business impact.
This individual will work daily with our development teams to manage the work and will work with the business regularly on user acceptance testing and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Review and translate the product vision strategy into actionable work for the developers.
Support the product direction during the JCI to Bosch transition ensuring seamless user
experience and business continuity
Prioritize user stories based on business value customer feedback and Product Manager
direction
Drive consistency and usability across the full product lifecycle experience for multiple types
of customers
Manage Product Backlog
Partner with Product Manager and key stakeholders across U.S. business units to gather
requirements and align priorities
Support the Product Manager on the transition from JCI to Bosch.
Engage directly with customers and internal users to understand needs pain points and
opportunities
Work directly with current systems to truly understand customer needs.
Quality
Be the first line on quality for the business. Approve or reject deliverables
Manage UAT Sessions with business prioritize bugs with development team
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to deliver new value through creative outside-the-box thinking
Explore and incorporate AI-driven capabilities where applicable (e.g. intelligent search
recommendations automation)
Drive ongoing improvements to usability performance and customer experience
Data & Performance Management
Work with the development team to implement metrics and KPIs for the product
Use data insights to inform decisions drive improvements and measure impact
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in information technology Business Engineering or related field
Eexperience in Product Ownership or similar role
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories
Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to Troubleshoot and logically communicate about issues

Experience managing enterprise portals or product lifecycle platforms
Experience in Helpdesk troubleshooting
Background in eCommerce or digital customer experience platforms
Experience supporting manufacturing or product distribution operations
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP Oracle or other ERP platforms
Exposure to or hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies in product development
