About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist to support internal communication employee engagement and employer branding initiatives. This role is ideal for an early-career professional eager to learn contribute new ideas and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
• Create content and visual materials for internal campaigns.
• Assist with endomarketing actions events and internal branding projects.
• Take and edit photos and videos for internal use.
• Support employer branding and organizational culture initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and other teams on internal projects.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve communication and the employee experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in progress or completed in Marketing Communications Advertising Graphic Design or a related field.
• Advanced or fluent English.
• Basic knowledge of Canva Photoshop Lightroom or other Adobe tools.
• Familiarity with photography video editing and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication creativity and organizational skills.
• Proactive collaborative and eager to learn.
