Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development and tracking of program schedules dashboards and reports using Office tools and AI features.

  • Coordinate information flow across departments such as Services Engineering Workshop Procurement Project Management Sales Contracts.

  • Monitor program status action items risks and KPIs to support ontime and on-budget execution.

  • Prepare materials for review meetings including summaries and visual updates.

  • Support data consolidation lessons learned and basic process improvements.

  • Help align teams and follow up on actions.

Required Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing Engineering degree (up to 6th semester)
Experience: No prior experience required (0-2 years preferred)
Skills and Abilities: Intermediate English and Microsoft Office proficiency; requires basic communication skills and common courtesy
