Intern Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence

We are looking for a Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence Intern to join our LATAM Operations team.

Based in Sorocaba São Paulo Brazil and reporting to the LATAM Digital Innovation Manager ITBP for Operations you will support the team in the development and implementation of AI-based solutions helping transform operational data into strategic insights for our operations across Latin America.

What will you do

• Support the development and implementation of artificial intelligence-based solutions for analyzing data from operational systems sensors and reporting tools.
• Assist in building analytical tools that transform data into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Support the application of AI models and agents to identify trends anomalies and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with system owners to understand data structures and define appropriate analytical approaches.
• Help translate business needs into practical solutions contributing to the creation and evolution of analytical prototypes.
• Support the organization documentation and tracking of developed solutions.
• Contribute to promoting the adoption of solutions across the organization.
• Participate in data analysis and report generation with improvement recommendations.
• Support digital innovation initiatives and transformation projects focused on data and AI.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand operational needs and generate value through data-driven solutions.
• Stay up to date on technology trends with a focus on artificial intelligence analytics and automation.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a student with the following competencies and motivations:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree (preferably in the first half of the program) in Information Technology Engineering Data Science or related fields.
• Strong interest and curiosity in the practical application of artificial intelligence with a hands-on learning-by-doing mindset.
• Analytical thinking structured problem-solving skills and results orientation.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with different areas of the organization.
• Self-management organization and proactive attitude.
• Continuous learning and innovation mindset.

• Intermediate knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and platforms (e.g. AI agents large language models intelligent automation).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and technologies (Advanced Excel Power BI Python or similar).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of databases and information architecture.
• Ability to interpret data and generate clear actionable conclusions.
• Intermediate English proficiency (preferred).

Nice to Have

• Previous experience (academic or personal projects) in data analytics or artificial intelligence.
• Knowledge of process automation or systems integration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools.

Apoiar a aplicação de modelos e agentes de AI para identificação de tendências anomalias e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos
Colaborar com os responsáveis pelos sistemas para compreender a estrutura dos dados e definir abordagens analíticas adequadas
Apoiar na tradução das necessidades de negócio em soluções práticas participando da criação e evolução de protótipos analíticos
Apoiar na organização documentação e acompanhamento das soluções desenvolvidas
Contribuir na promoção da adoção das soluções dentro da organização
Participar da análise de dados e geração de relatórios com recomendações de melhoria
Apoiar iniciativas de inovação digital e projetos de transformação com foco em dados e AI
Interagir com equipes multidisciplinares para entendimento de necessidades operacionais e geração de valor com dados
Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre tendências de tecnologia com foco em inteligência artificial analytics e automação

Quem estamos procurando

Procuramos um estudante com as seguintes competências e motivações:

Cursando Graduação (preferencialmente na primeira metade) em Tecnologia da Informação Engenharia Ciência de Dados ou áreas correlatas
Forte interesse e curiosidade pelo uso aplicado de inteligência artificial com foco em aprendizado prático (learning by doing)
Capacidade analítica pensamento estruturado e orientação a resultados
Boa comunicação e habilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas da empresa
Capacidade de autogestão organização e proatividade
Mentalidade de aprendizado contínuo e inovação

Conhecimentos e habilidades desejadas

Conhecimento intermediário em ferramentas e plataformas de inteligência artificial (ex.: agentes de AI modelos de linguagem automação inteligente)
Familiaridade com análise de dados (Excel avançado Power BI Python ou similares)
Conhecimento básico/intermediário em bancos de dados e estruturas de informação
Capacidade de interpretar dados e gerar conclusões claras e acionáveis
Inglês intermediário (desejável)

Diferenciais

Experiência prévia (acadêmica ou pessoal) com projetos de análise de dados ou inteligência artificial
Conhecimento em automação de processos ou integração de sistemas
Familiaridade com ferramentas da Power Platform
