Realizar inspeções visuais dimensionais em soldas
Realizar Inspeções de ensaios não destrutivos conforme qualificação específica
Elaborar relatórios de inspeção.
Emitir relatório de não conformidade e monitorar as não conformidades quando necessário.
Garantir que os instrumentos usados na área estão dentro da validade de calibração.
Atender a programação de inspeção.
Assumir o compromisso pessoal com a Segurança Saúde Meio Ambiente e Qualidade.
Suportar o metrologista na escolha e montagem de instrumentos
Entregas
Relatórios de inspeção.
Relatórios de não conformidade.
Informar status de inspeções aos clientes internos
Autoridade
Segregar material quando for detectada uma não conformidade.
Sugerir melhorias nos processos de inspeção
Interação com clientes internos
Solicitar informações às áreas para levantamento de necessidades.
Informar/consultar área técnica sobre processo de inspeção
Formação
Ensino técnico ou superior em mecânica
Qualificação específica conforme requisito interno
Mínimo de 5 anos em inspeção dimensional de equipamentos da área de óleo e gás.
