Infrastructure Assistant I

As an Infrastructure Assistant I you will play an essential role in providing administrative and operational support to our team. Your work connects suppliers employees and internal processes ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the daily routine of our facilities.
Your responsibilities
- Perform infrastructure administrative activities including purchase requests invoices technical specifications and management of security cleaning and maintenance service contracts.
- Act as the technical representative in service provider contracts conducting meetings providing guidance and carrying out monthly service measurements.
- Manage the procurement process from request for quotations to contract management including proposal analysis and dossier organization.
- Support annual budget planning (CAPEX and OPEX) carrying out financial accounting and tax routines in accordance with legislation and internal procedures.
- Control and safeguard equipment furniture and audiovisual resources coordinating preventive maintenance and layout improvements.
- Organize corporate travel logistics internal events and support fleet management and municipal permits.
- Comply with and promote Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management standards applicable to operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma required. Technical or higher education in Administration Accounting or Production Engineering is desirable (completed or ongoing).
- Basic knowledge of administrative routines procurement processes and financial control.
- Basic computer skills: word processing spreadsheets presentations and email.
- Valid Category B drivers license.
- Dynamic proactive profile with good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and customer service.
- Basic English is a plus.
