Role Mission

Lead the day-to-day influencer scouting and creator relationship management ensuring effective client communication and the seamless execution of fast-paced Always On campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily influencer scouting mapping outreach and curation across TikTok Instagram YouTube and other relevant platforms.

• Execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end coordinating creators content production approvals deliverables and campaign guidelines.

• Develop clear strategic and creative influencer briefs aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and creators providing proactive updates coordinating deliverables and ensuring smooth communication.

• Maintain accurate campaign trackers talent databases and presentation decks to ensure operational efficiency and visibility.

• Coordinate multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

• Stay up to date with the influencer marketing ecosystem digital trends platforms and emerging creator opportunities in Brazil.

Skills & experience

• Strong experience in influencer marketing including talent scouting creator curation campaign execution and relationship management.

• Solid knowledge of the Brazilian influencer ecosystem digital platforms cultural trends and creator landscape.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients creators and internal teams.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Slack Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint with experience managing trackers databases and campaign presentations.
