Job Summary
Our Americas Human Resources Service Center is looking for an HR Operations Analyst with a strong customer service mindset to join the HR Direct team.
In this role you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to employees and managers across multiple countries in the Americas region ensuring a positive efficient experience aligned with Tetra Paks global HR processes.
This position supports the Americas time zone and can be based in Monte Mor (São Paulo Brazil) or Polanco (Mexico City Mexico).
Tetra Pak does not sponsor work visas or provide relocation support for this position.
What you will do
As an HR Services Analyst you will:
- Act as the HR Direct focal point for employees across the Americas region providing support through tickets and phone calls while ensuring service quality and SLA compliance;
- Manage and follow up on requests from end to end collaborating with other HR teams to ensure efficient resolution;
- Update and maintain the knowledge base support communications and ensure data quality in systems (e.g. ORBIS);
- Monitor operational KPIs analyze data and identify improvement opportunities;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives automation efforts and process optimization;
- Act as an HR Direct ambassador promoting a positive employee experience.
We believe you have
- Bachelors degree completed or currently in the final year of studies in a related field;
- Experience with HR administrative processes will be considered an advantage;
- Fluency in English and/or Spanish is required;
- Relevant knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel Power BI etc.);
- Proactive profile with a strong customer focus;
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
