Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
Ensure the route capacity to fulfill customer demand whilst continuing to meet defined performance and quality targets are met.
Analyzing and monitoring operational and financial performance of the DSPs.
Developing the DSP landscape for new delivery stations and successfully implementing new DSP models and initiatives.
Establishing a high DSP compliance level as well as fair working conditions for DSPs and Delivery Associates.
Implementing continuous improvement projects.
Engaging with stakeholders and act as a point of escalation for DSP-related issues.
Growing the DSP management team.
Takes proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments shifts and among the network.
Works closely with support staff (HR Finance LP Safety IT and other delivery station management).
A day in the life
As a Last Mile Growth and Ops Head you will focus on scaling our delivery network footprint while optimizing coverage and efficiency. Your day might include collaborating with program managers to evaluate new delivery station locations analyzing operational performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and working with delivery service partners to implement new delivery models. Youll also engage with cross-functional teams including HR Finance Safety and IT to address complex operational challenges. Beyond routine responsibilities youll mentor your team on best practices champion continuous improvement initiatives and serve as a key point of contact for resolving delivery network issues that require senior-level perspective.

- Experience in Engineering Operations Business Administration or a related field
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in people management and stakeholder management
- Experience in program management logistics operations supply chain transportation or a related field
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management
- Experience in English-language communication skills both written and verbal
- MBA or Masters degree
- Experience in supply chain
