Job Summary

Job Title: Finance Operations Analyst

Full-time position Remote Must be available for overnight shifts / flexible hours as needed

This role will focus heavily on operational execution financial data reconciliation system mapping QA and implementation support workflows.


The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented comfortable working with large datasets and spreadsheets and able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment. This is not a traditional customer support or admin role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving operational puzzles cleaning messy data and supporting complex implementation workflows behind the scenes.


You will work closely with Implementation Managers to help reduce manual workload improve turnaround times and support scalable implementation operations as the company continues to grow rapidly.
