What youll be doing:

• Own finance in Brazil keeping everything accurate compliant and under control

• Turn financial data into clear insights that guide confident decisions

• Partner with teams across the business to drive performance and growth

• Lead reporting budgeting and forecasting with clarity and precision

• Keep a close grip on cash flow and working capital

• Strengthen core processes across billing payments and payroll

• Support commercial decisions with strong financial thinking

• Improve systems and find smarter more efficient ways to work

• Act as the key connection between Brazil and global teams

Who were looking for:

• A qualified finance manager with experience in fast moving or international businesses

• Strong knowledge of Brazilian compliance tax and regulation

• Commercially minded with a clear understanding of how businesses grow

• Confident communicator who makes complex information simple

• Hands on proactive and comfortable taking ownership

• Collaborative relationship focused and influential

• Organised adaptable and calm in a fast changing environment

• Fluent in Portuguese and English

• Curious driven and always looking to improve
