The Field Service Technical Leader for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for defining and leading a strategic role within the organization customer facing role refining the best strategies for covering the installed base leading remote and on field service activities placing the customer as the focal point ensuring a high level of satisfaction in line with the expected service level its main function is also to ensure the optimization of available resources to reach the service budget. Team development for high technical performance is also a vital part of the function will have the responsibility of understanding the business needs and implementing the penetration strategies of our solutions and is also responsible for supporting the marketing and commercial strategies.

This position reports to the Service Manager Brazil and is part of the Customer Service Organization Brazil located in São Paulo - Brazil and will be an on-site role and working remotely to cover Brazil.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Do team Development and people management (5 direct reports)

• Support the service business managing the budget and developing best coverage practices

• Be a focal point for after sales customers on service issues escalations

• Lead the elevation to assure response time aligned with customer and business needs

• Active communication bridge between the Global and Beckman Coulter Brazil in good practices of processes

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 5 years of relevant experience in people leadership and development of high-performance teams in a medical device or related industry.

• Elevated communication at different levels within the customer from the operational level to the Managers level focus on delight customers.

• Ability to challenge the status quo for continuous process evolution and team development

• Proficient in English and native speaker of Brazilian Portuguese

• Be innovative ability to manage issues and multiple priorities high technical complexity and clarifications at different levels until the final solution

Travel Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel 50% travel overnight Brazil and internationally

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field-based environment.

• Proficiency in Spanish.
