The Field Application Specialist (FAS) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible providing scientific and application support to clinical laboratory customers acting as a trusted technical partner throughout pre and postsales activities. This role contributes directly to customer satisfaction by supporting daily laboratory operations resolving applicationrelated issues and delivering highquality training and education on Beckman Coulter Diagnostics solutions.

This position reports to the Field Service Application Leader Brazil and is part of the Field Service Application Team located in Sorocaba SP working remotely and primarily at customer sites.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide onsite and remote application support to customers including troubleshooting corrective and proactive visits and workflow optimisation.

• Deliver customer trainings and continuing education activities ensuring correct system use and adherence to best laboratory practices.

• Partner with Field Service Engineers Sales and Marketing teams to support product implementations new launches and customer engagement activities.
