The role:
This role is responsible for driving the companys international growth strategy by identifying new export opportunities developing customer relationships and expanding business across global markets. The professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of export initiatives manage commercial negotiations and support sustainable revenue growth through international sales.
What you will do (responsabilities):
Identify and prioritize new export market opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with international customers distributors and sales agents.
Prepare commercial proposals and proforma invoices.
Negotiate pricing Incoterms and payment terms.
Coordinate demand planning activities with Production and Operations teams.
Monitor market trends competitive landscape and pricing dynamics.
Support contract negotiations and customer onboarding processes.
Drive business growth by converting leads into customers and expanding the companys international presence.

Location: São Caetano do Sul/SP
Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):
Bachelors degree in Business Administration International Trade Marketing or related fields.
Solid experience in B2B export sales international business development or global commercial operations.
Strong negotiation customer relationship management and business development skills.
Experience working with international customers distributors and channel partners.
Knowledge of export regulations Incoterms pricing strategies and international commercial practices.
Deep understanding of the Americas market and the GM product portfolio.
Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
