Job Summary
As anExecutive Director Payments Product Manager Fraud Preventionyou will lead the build-out of theTreasury Services (TS) payments fraud prevention program in Brazil. This role is accountable for establishing adetect & respondmodel end-to-endsetting strategy and coverage designing governance and operating cadence translating risk into product and technology requirements integrating with global fraud platforms and ensuring effective incident response and executive reporting.
Your Role
- Stand up and lead theTS fraud prevention program in Brazilunder adetect & respondmodel ensuring strong governance prioritization controls integration with global solutions and coordination acrossProduct Technology Operations and Compliance.
- Define and maintain thefraud typology libraryandrisk register(scenarios vectors existing controls gaps residual risk).
- Set priorities byproduct/railand build aquarterly roadmap(what to cover first and why).
- Design and implement thedetect & respond operating model: intake triage SLAs severities escalation handoffs and clear ownership for each step.
- Establish and run governance cadence ( rules committeemonthly performance reviewpost-mortems) with tracked actions and decisions.
- Translate fraud risks into actionable requirements for Product/Tech ( entitlements maker-checker callbacks/step-up verification whitelists/blacklists monitoring and detection rules).
- Ensuredocumentation and audit trailfor decisions approvals and rule/control changes.
- Sponsor alignment and adoption ofglobal platforms(alerting/case management) ensuring fit forlocal Brazilneeds.
- Coordinate response to relevant incidents includingwar-room leadership stakeholder communications and remediation tracking.
- Produce executive reporting ontrends losses/near-misses detection performance backlog key risks and pending decisions.
Required capabilities qualifications and skills
- 10 years of professional experience leadingpayments fraud prevention / fraud risk / controlsprograms in a complex financial environment.
- Strong knowledge ofdetect & respondmodels including triage design severity frameworks SLAs escalation and cross-team handoffs.
- Proven ability to convert risk intoclear product and technology requirementsand drive delivery across multiple teams.
- Governance leadership: ability to run committees establish operating cadence and maintain decision discipline and accountability.
- Strong understanding of fraud control patterns ( limits maker-checker step-up verification allow/deny lists monitoring/alerting).
- Experience ensuringauditability(documentation standards approvals change control traceability).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills including executive-level reporting and incident communications.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building programs from zero to steady-state.
