Sumário

Estagiário para atuar na parte administrativa do Programa Formare Thales Barueri. Irá se relacionar com alunos do programa colaboradores da empresa que atuem como Educadores Voluntários.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Controle de pagamentos (Alunos Fornecedores Eventos);
• Agendamento de aulas (Enviar convites Via Outlook);
• Acompanhar preenchimento do SGE;
• Controle de presença (Estudantes);
• Suporte (Educadores Voluntários e Coordenação);
• Controle / arquivo de documentação (Documentos pessoais atestados e declarações)
• Atendimento às demandas diárias de Educadores Voluntárioss e alunos

Qualificações

• Cursando Administração Pedagogia Psicologia e areas correlatas
• Inglês básico.
