This role serves as a key liaison between Commercial Operations Engineering Quality and Customers to ensure products are developed and delivered in alignment with customer requirements quality standards operational capabilities and business Product Development Manager will drive innovation support strategic growth initiatives oversee product lifecycle management and lead cross-functional teams to successfully launch new products while optimizing existing ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementLead mentor and develop the Product Development and Engineering a culture of innovation collaboration accountability and continuous team priorities and ensure alignment with organizational employee development through coaching training and performance Development & InnovationLead the end-to-end product development process from concept through market trends customer needs and emerging technologies to identify new with design and commercial teams to create innovative customer-focused and recommend new materials technologies and production ManagementPlan execute and oversee multiple product development projects project timelines budgets resources and risk mitigation projects are completed on schedule and within regular updates to leadership regarding project status and key Improvement & Operational ExcellenceEvaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency quality and continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with Production and Quality troubleshooting and resolution of product and process-related best practices to improve product performance and & Commercial SupportCollaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to understand customer needs and translate them into product in customer meetings technical presentations and product technical support during new business opportunities and product as a subject matter expert for product capabilities and development & ComplianceEnsure all products comply with applicable industry standards quality requirements customer specifications and regulatory audits customer validations and quality investigations as awareness of market trends regulations sustainability initiatives and technological advancements impacting the Degree in Engineering Packaging Engineering Industrial Engineering Chemical Engineering Graphic Arts Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field Degree is of 5 years of leadership experience in Product Development Engineering Innovation Packaging Labels Printing or Manufacturing managing cross-functional product development projects from concept through track record of leading teams and delivering successful product working directly with customers and commercial teams is SkillsKnowledge of printing labels packaging manufacturing processes and product development with ERP and manufacturing with: ProtheusIntranet Systemsi4sStrong project management and process improvement knowledge of quality systems root cause analysis and continuous improvement RequirementsFluent English (spoken and written) is leadership and team development thinking and innovation communication and presentation analytical and problem-solving -focused to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced collaboration and stakeholder management RequirementsThe physical demands of this position require standing using hands to handle touch and manipulate objects; reaching with arms and hands; and communicating effectively through speaking and hearing. This requires frequent walking throughout the manufacturing environment. Occasionally the employee may be required to climb balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl.
