No momento estamos procurando um Engenheiro Comercial Sr para se juntar à nossa equipe em São Paulo SP.

Vivência no dia a dia do trabalho:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end development of parts and accessories ensuring technical feasibility quality compliance and integration with current and future vehicle platforms.

  • Lead the strategic planning for accessories and special editions aligning product roadmaps with Nissans global launch calendar for both domestic and export markets.

  • Develop and validate comprehensive Business Cases for new products presenting financial viability and market potential to internal stakeholders to secure project approval.

  • Manage the Accessories Revenue & Profit P&L for LATAM by executing conversion and accessory strategies that maximize profitability.

  • Enforce project timelines and development milestones ensuring all parts and accessories reach the Ready for Sale status in synchronization with vehicle Start of Production (SOP).

  • Interface with global headquarters (NML) and regional offices (NNA) to validate accessory applications ensuring local projects meet international engineering standards.

  • Facilitate executive Progress Meetings with Aftersales leadership to provide status updates mitigate risks and obtain formal commercialization gateways.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarking to propose innovative accessory solutions that address evolving customer needs and increase brand competitiveness.

  • Identify new business opportunities including potential for regional export of local accessories and the localization of successful global components.

  • Collaborate transversally with Product Planning Marketing R&D and Quality departments to define and approve the technical and commercial specifications of new special vehicle editions.

  • Oversee the readiness of Vehicle Conversion Centers (VPC) in LATAM ensuring manpower (MO) tooling and training are in place to support special edition production.

  • Promote the Nissan Way principles across all cross-functional interactions fostering a culture of transparency challenge and continuous improvement.

Necessário:

  • Project Management: Advanced proficiency in managing complex product lifecycles and Gate approval processes within the automotive industry.

  • Technical Engineering: Solid understanding of vehicle architecture part development and accessory integration (mechanical and electrical).

  • Financial Analysis: Ability to develop and interpret Business Cases including NPV ROI and Revenue/Profit (P&L) management.

  • Strategic Planning: Competency in benchmarking market trend analysis and long-term portfolio roadmap development.

  • Stakeholder Management: Strong transversal leadership skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams (R&D Marketing Finance Purchasing) and global stakeholders (NML/NNA/NMEX).

  • Systems: Advanced command of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and CAD Software (NX CATIA SOLIDWORKS)

  • Industry Experience: Extensive background in the automotive industry.

  • Specific Experience: Extensive background in After sales Service Engineering R&D or Product Planning with at least 5 years focused on project coordination or product development
  • Bachelors Degree: Required in Mechanical Electrical Production Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Post-graduate Degree: Highly desirable MBA or Specialization in Project Management (PMP certification is a plus).

  • Project Management: PMP (Project Management Professional) or MBA in Project Management is highly desirable.

  • Business/Finance: Specialization in Business Administration or Finance for non-financial managers is a plus.

  • Languages: Fluency in English (Mandatory); Spanish is highly recommended for LATAM operations.

Viagem a Trabalho:

  • Yes. Occasional domestic and international travel required (approximately 10-15%) to visit Vehicle Conversion Centers (VPC) suppliers dealerships and regional headquarters in LATAM or the USA.
