DESCRIPTION:
As a Demand & Supply Planner II on our Supply Chain team youll develop and manage demand and supply plans for key product portfolios. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance forecast accuracy optimize inventory levels and ensure customer satisfaction. Working at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational execution youll translate market insights into actionable supply chain plans while leveraging advanced analytics and forecasting tools to support our mission of making the world healthier cleaner and safer.

In this role youll lead Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes facilitate demand/supply review meetings and implement continuous improvement initiatives . Youll analyze market trends historical data and AI tools create accurate replenishment stock while maintaining strong partnerships with Product Management Commercial Finance and Engineering teams. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing inventory levels reducing excess and obsolescence risk and ensuring efficient supply planning.

REQUIREMENTS:
3 years of experience in demand and supply planning or supply chain management
Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Business Administration or related field
APICS certification preferred
Analytical skills with expertise in replenishment stock and forecasting techniques particularly Spare Parts and Consumables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools particularly Excel and Power BI experience in AI tools a plus

Experience in S&OE processes and inventory management
Experience in cross-functional team collaboration
Problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making capability

Experience in life sciences medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred
English proficiency required; additional languages a plus

Experience using Lean business practices and continuous improvement methodologies a plus
