Senior Manager Finished Goods KCNA
- leading a team that is implementing and maintaining solutions in our finished goods warehouses. This warehouse solutions include multiple software solutions like BY WMS Yard management Automation software and its integration with integration platforms WES and WCS providers that meet the needs of some of the most complex business functions in Kimberly Clark.
- You will bring deep knowledge of WMS solution and vast experience on how best it can be leveraged to meet operational needs whilst minimizing technical complexity.
- Primary expectations are to manage a team that is responsible for day-to-day stability and general technical mgmt. of BY WMS.
- Grow that team to support our diverse and complex warehousing system environment.
- The Senior Manager leads an internal team of Architects and developers collaborates with Business partners end business users external robotic vendors Enterprise architects and various internal IT teams to build a robust platform that is scalable and supports our business vision building supply chain efficiencies.
- The senior manager will be responsible for the ultimate delivery of technology solutions.

To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- 6 years of professional Information Technology experience including direct interaction with business stakeholders.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Warehouse Management environments.
- At least 2 years of experience working with a Warehouse Management System (any WMS).
- 4 years of experience leading and managing people
- Strong experience acting as a bridge between business and IT teams (requirements translation prioritization).
- English proficiency (mandatory).
- Ability to lead teams through change manage ambiguity and handle difficult stakeholder conversations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Blue Yonder WMS.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP.
- Experience with warehouse automation initiatives.
- Previous experience leading distributed teams (team of 5 people across LATAM US and India).
- Background supporting stabilization and enhancement phases of WMS implementations.
