Duties & Responsiblities
- Support the development ofsearch strategiesand participate in client kick-off meetings.
- Conductindustry research company mapping and candidate headhunting.
- Assess and qualify senior candidates contributing toshortlists and client updates.
- Conductin-depth interviewsin partnership with the Partner/Principal.
- Guide candidates throughout theinterview process ensuring an excellent experience.
- Present candidates and market insights confidently in client meetings.
- Maintainaccurate high-quality datain the proprietary database.
- Build and nurture along-term candidate networkwithin your industry specialisation.
- Background inrecruitment(contingency or executive search experience ideal).
- Excellentverbal and written communicationin English (fluency required).
- Strong research and analytical skills with the confidence toengage senior-level professionals.
- Enjoys sales research and market analysis with strongreport writing skills.
- Confident professional and able to present information clearly and persuasively.
