Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and intellectually curious professional to join our AI and Advanced Analytics team. This role combines advanced analytics data science machine learning and emerging AI technologies to solve complex healthcare and life sciences challenges.
The successful candidate will develop analytics-driven solutions methodologies and AI-enabled capabilities that help clients improve decision-making patient outcomes commercial effectiveness and operational performance. Working with large-scale healthcare and life sciences datasets this individual will contribute to the design development and deployment of scalable analytical and AI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams across data science engineering product consulting and business functions.
This role offers the opportunity to work across traditional analytics machine learning and modern AI technologies including Generative AI and Agentic AI while helping transform innovative concepts into production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver analytical machine learning and AI-driven solutions to address healthcare commercial patient and real-world evidence challenges.
- Transform business requirements into scalable analytical approaches methodologies and production-ready solutions.
- Develop and optimize predictive models patient identification methodologies segmentation frameworks forecasting solutions and targeting approaches.
- Build reusable frameworks accelerators and analytical assets that can be leveraged across projects and client engagements.
- Contribute to the design development and deployment of AI and machine learning applications including Generative AI and agent-based solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and conduct proof-of-concept initiatives to enhance existing offerings and create new capabilities.
- Partner with engineering product and business teams to operationalize and scale successful solutions.
- Communicate analytical findings and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Apply software engineering and data science best practices to support maintainable scalable and production-ready solutions.
- Contribute to innovation continuous improvement and advancement of AI and analytics capabilities within the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
Advanced Analytics & Data Science
- Strong foundation in statistics applied analytics and machine learning.
- Experience developing analytical models and methodologies using real-world data.
- Knowledge of predictive modeling segmentation optimization forecasting and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with supervised machine learning techniques such as regression models tree-based algorithms and ensemble methods.
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
Programming & Data Engineering
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with software development best practices including version control and code management.
- Ability to build maintain and optimize data processing ETL and machine learning pipelines.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing environments is beneficial.
AI & Emerging Technologies
Experience or strong interest in:
- Generative AI
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt Engineering
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Semantic Search
- Agentic AI and workflow automation
- AI application development and deployment
- Model evaluation monitoring and governance
Data Platforms & Technologies
Experience with one or more of:
- Databricks
- Snowflake
- Spark
- Cloud-based analytics and AI platforms
- Modern AI and machine learning development tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing production-grade machine learning or AI solutions.
- Experience working with healthcare and life sciences data is highly desirable
- Experience building reusable analytical frameworks tools or data products.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration APIs and solution operationalization.
- Experience converting clinical epidemiological commercial or business rules into scalable analytical solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare and life sciences industry trends methodologies and data assets.
- Exposure to therapeutic areas such as Oncology Immunology Cardiology Neurology Rare Diseases or Specialty Care.
