Purpose of the role:
To support the continued growth of their US business our client is expanding its Data Processing capability in Brazil creating a small highly collaborative team that works closely with our US researchers. This team will provide hands-on data processing support with strong real-time collaboration enabled by close alignment with New York-based team.
As part of our Centre of Data Excellence in Cape Town and Sao Paulo the Data Processing Executive will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality analysis-ready datasets are delivered across multiple markets and methodologies and willtake ownership of complex projects act as a technical problem solver and escalation point support junior team members and contribute to automation quality control and operational efficiency initiatives.
This role requires experience within a market research agency with hands-on expertise across data collection platforms data quality assurance tabulation and client-ready outputs delivered to strict timelines.

Skills and requirements
- Strong experience in data validation and cleaning identifying and resolving complex inconsistencies
- Ability to review and improve survey logic quotas and routing
- Experience managing and aligning datasets across multiple markets and waves
- Skilled in data transformation and creating derived variables for reporting
- Advanced Excel skills with accurate client-ready tables
- Experience with tabulation tools such as Quantum Merlin Q SPSS or similar
- Understanding of data governance version control and documentation
- Ability to create semi-automated solutions to improve efficiency
- Comfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Experience reviewing junior team members work and maintaining quality standards
- Hands-on experience with data collection platforms (Decipher/Forsta Dimensions Qualtrics ConfirmIT or similar)
- Experience supervising data cleaning and preparation processes
- Exposure to dashboard tools (Tableau / Reportal) is advantageous
- Strong understanding of market research data requirements
