About the Role
As a Customer Engagement Senior Client Lead you will help strengthen strategic client relationships and ensure customer data insight and engagement solutions translate into measurable business outcomes. Working with cross-functional teams you will act as a trusted advisor to clients connecting commercial objectives with dunnhumbys customer science capabilities.
This is a senior client-facing role focused on growing partnerships identifying opportunities for value creation and helping clients embed customer-led decision making across their organisations.
What Youll Be Doing
Youll play a key role in shaping client success while driving adoption of customer engagement solutions.
- Leading strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Identifying commercial opportunities that support client growth and long-term partnership value.
- Translating customer insights into actionable recommendations and engagement strategies.
- Coordinating with analytics consulting product and delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Championing customer-centric thinking and demonstrating the commercial impact of dunnhumby solutions.
