Location: Fortaleza BRA
Travel Requirements: Up to 50%
Role Summary
As the Customer Development Executive based in Fortaleza you will represent the company and drive the commercial relationship with key clients within the Pharmacy Channel (Canal Farma). Your main mission will be to market company products execute tailored client visit plans and achieve established sales quotas while developing client potential and improving profitability (P&L). You will be responsible for staying updated on pricing policies stock levels and promotional activities to support strategic negotiations train client teams and ensure perfect in-store execution.
Main Responsibilities
Commercial Goals: Plan and organize daily client visits analyzing the specific needs of each account to ensure the achievement of sales quotas and unlock territory potential.
Negotiation & Market Insight: Stay updated on pricing policies inventory and promotions to leverage data during negotiations. Monitor and report competitor strategies and promotions to management.
Commercial Strategy & Execution: Ensure the flawless execution of the 5Ps across mid-sized clients. Productively manage sales funds by innovating promotional actions beyond traditional trade calendars.
Product Knowledge: Actively track product updates and new launches to master all characteristics benefits and competitive advantages.
Client Training: Conduct training sessions for client and store teams regarding new product launches campaigns and execution guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree completed.
Professional Experience: Proven commercial experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / Consumer Goods sector
Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Tools (solid knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets is essential).
Preferred Qualifications
Previous commercial experience within the Pharmacy Channel (Canal Farma).
Intermediate English language skills.
