JOB SUMMARY:

The Contract Management Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting equipment lease agreements ensuring that the commercial terms negotiated by the Sales area are correctly formalized recorded and monitored throughout the contract lifecycle. They work in interface with Sales Finance Operations and Legal ensuring contractual compliance and support for recurring billing.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the complete cycle of equipment rental contracts;

Verify and validate negotiated commercial conditions (values deadlines adjustments scope and SLA);

Control contract validity renewals and adjustments;

Prepare review and control contractual addenda;

Act as a point of contact between Sales Finance Operations and Legal;

Support recurring billing ensuring adherence to the contract;

Maintain control and organization of signed contracts and related documents;

Prepare contractual reports (active contracts expirations adjustments);

Identify contractual risks and opportunities for process improvement.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Administration Business Management Law Engineering or related fields;

Experience in commercial contracts or rental contracts;

Knowledge of B2B sales contracts and recurring billing;

Advanced level of English;

Intermediate or advanced level of Excel Advanced;

Experience with SAP Power BI and MS Office.
