Job Summary

The Product Development Center (PDC) in Monte Mor operates as a pilot plant where customers can test validate and optimize food products and processes using Tetra Pak technologies. This environment offers a hands-on experience close to real industrial conditions making it a unique space for innovation testing and development.
In this context the professional plays a key role in configuring operating and optimizing filling equipment to support product trials and ensure high-quality execution. This position is responsible for executing and documenting tests ensuring food safety standards and providing a professional high-quality experience to customers during pilot plant trials.
The role also contributes to the continuous improvement of PDC capabilities supports development projects and acts as a technical reference in filling operations maintenance and utilities management.


This position is based in Monte Mor (SP).

What you will do

As a Technical Consultant you will:

  • Prepare configure and adapt filling lines and equipment according to test requirements;
  • Execute trials ensuring accurate documentation (test plans reports conclusions and recommendations);
  • Operate filling and distribution equipment performing CIP (Cleaning in Place) procedures with a high level of expertise;
  • Perform maintenance calibration and troubleshooting of filling distribution and related equipment;
  • Ensure the quality and availability of utilities (water chilled water steam air etc.);
  • Act as a technical reference in filling operations in the day-to-day activities of the PDC;
  • Collaborate with customers ensuring a professional and high-quality experience during trials;
  • Identify and drive improvements in PDC capabilities and processes;
  • Participate in development projects and cross-functional initiatives;
  • Provide on-site support for field trials and troubleshooting when needed.
We believe you have

  • Technical or higher education degree in Food Engineering Mechanical Engineering Chemical Engineering or a related field;
  • Previous experience in industrial operations production or pilot plant environments;
  • Hands-on experience with operation maintenance and troubleshooting of filling equipment;
  • Strong knowledge of food industry processes GMP and quality standards;
  • Experience with utility systems (water steam air etc.) is a plus;
  • Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills;
  • Ability to effectively document and analyze test results;
  • Intermediate English (desirable);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
