Playtech is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Commercial Director to lead our growth strategy in Brazil.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Define and execute Playtechs commercial strategy for Brazil.
• Drive revenue growth profitability and market expansion.
• Build and manage executive-level relationships with operators and strategic partners.
• Lead complex negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Identify new business opportunities and product growth initiatives.
• Represent Playtech at industry events conferences and key stakeholder forums.
• Monitor market competitor and regulatory developments to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with Product Compliance Finance Operations and Technology teams to deliver customer success.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing commercial team.

Qualifications :

• Fluent English and Portuguese.
• Proven track record in commercial leadership business development or strategic partnerships.
• Experience driving revenue growth and managing C-level client relationships.
• Strong negotiation influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution.
• Experience in iGaming betting fintech SaaS technology or digital entertainment is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the Brazilian business landscape.
• Willingness to work on site in our office in SãoPaulo with readiness to travel.
