Job Title: Chemical Analyst
Location: Sao Bernardo do Campo SP BRA
Job Summary
The professional will be responsible for performing physical-chemical and instrumental analysis of raw materials in-process and finished products ensuring compliance with quality standards. This role involves managing reagents technical documentation (SOPs) non-conformances and supporting systems such as SAP and LIMS. Additionally the position supports internal and external audits departmental projects and consumer complaints handling ensuring data integrity and company standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Perform physical-chemical and instrumental analysis (HPLC GC Atomic Absorption Potentiometric Titration and NMR) on raw materials work in process and finished products as well as managing aging/stability tests.
* Handle the inventory management of reagents primary and secondary standards consumables and the annual raw material analysis plan.
* Administer LIMS eBuy departmental budget management QM module in SAP and projects such as Apolo and AoDocs.
* Record supervise and support root cause analysis investigations for non-conformances and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
* Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain technical documentation.
* Support internal and external audit programs consumer complaints management and the CRS system while maintaining data integrity.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Chemistry Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering.
* Work experience in the Quality Control area.
* English intermediate level.
Desirable Requirements
* Hands-on experience with SAP (QM module) and LIMS tools.
