Why we need you
As Channel Relations Manager youll be the main point of contact for Bookwires existing and prospective retail partners. Youll negotiate and develop licensing business models within the publishing industry strengthening the sustainable global distribution of our publishing clients content. This is a highly collaborative role where youll work closely with teams across departments in Brazil and with our international colleagues to ensure smooth coordination and successful partner relationships.
Your mission
Manage Bookwires e-book and audiobook retail partners both domestically and internationally with a primary focus on the Brazilian market.
Negotiate licensing agreements with new retail partners in collaboration with Bookwires external legal team.
Identify and develop new business opportunities together with our retail partners.
Analyze catalog and sales data using Bookwires proprietary tools.
Serve as a liaison between customer service marketing technology billing accounting and managementensuring smooth information flow and continuously optimizing our sales processes.
Your background
You have successfully completed your university degree.
You have very good Portuguese and English skills; English proficiency at C1 level and/or experience in English-speaking work environments are an advantage.
You have professional experience in the media industry ideally in licensing or sales and are interested in e-books and/or audiobooks or digital media.
You have strong communication skills and a friendly confident and service-oriented demeanor with customers and partners.
You bring a hands-on mentality have the ability to maintain an overview and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
You enjoy working in a team and look forward to independently and collaboratively shaping and driving initiatives as part of our dynamic team.
