Business Systems Manager

The Business Systems Manager should become the operational architect of Regals business systems.

This individual will ensure technology AI automation people and process evolve together as Regal scales.

Success in this role will be measured not by the number of systems administered but by the degree to which Regal becomes a simpler faster more intelligent and more scalable organization.

Within the first 12 months you will have:

• Successfully modernized Regals operational systems.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years in Business Systems Operations Systems RevOps or Digital Transformation.
  

• Experience implementing or managing CRM platforms.
  

• Strong workflow design experience.

• Experience working cross-functionally with Operations and Engineering.
  

• Strong communication and documentation skills.
  

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
