BRCF Ops Lead

A Ops Lead in Brazil Central Flow position requires strong analytical skills effective communication and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.


Key job responsibilities
Manage projects timelines and deliverables
Communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Perform complex data analysis identifying trends in large datasets
Develop and maintain KPIs dashboards and reports
Translate business objectives into technical requirements
Troubleshoot complex issues and develop innovative BI solutions
Deliver regular project updates and key metrics

- Bachelors degree
- Experience in customer-facing environment warehousing logistics or manufacturing
- Knowledge of software development and project management concepts
- Skills in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI QuickSight)

- Knowledge in SQL and data manipulation
