Estamos em busca de um(a) Aprendiz para integrar nossa equipe e contribuir com a operação da NielsenIQ. Aqui você aprenderá a receber e dar andamento às solicitações dos diversos setores da empresa auxiliar na atualização de documentos administrativos elaborar organizar e controlar diferentes documentos e registrar consultar e atualizar dados utilizando sistemas e ferramentas tecnológicas disponíveis.

Responsabilidades    

• Providenciar recursos para o funcionamento administrativo conforme solicitações
• Receber e dar andamento às solicitações recebidas dos diversos setores da empresa.
• Auxiliar na atualização de diferentes documentos administrativos conforme demanda.
• Elaborar organizar e controlar diferentes documentos conforme procedimentos da empresa.
• Localizar e acompanhar processos administrativos
• Colher assinaturas e ajustar contratos conforme orientações.
• Auxiliar em procedimentos de gestão.
• Registrar consultar e atualizar dados utilizando sistema e ferramentas tecnológicas disponíveis

Qualifications :

• Ensino médio concluído ou em andamento;
• Excel intermediário (avançado será um diferencial) 
• Fortes habilidades de análise de dados  
• Orientação para detalhes e concentração 
• Perfil colaborativo  
• Conhecimentos de inglês será um diferencial
• Forte orientação para processos e procedimentos 
• Disponibilidade para atuar sob regime de menor aprendiz de acordo com os critérios legais
• Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo híbrido em horário comercial na região de Barueri.
