Suporte às áreas de RH e QHSE auxiliando em demandas administrativas atualização de planilhas organização de arquivos comunicados internos e demais atividades operacionais do dia a dia.
Apoio à recepção e atendimento telefônico recepcionando visitantes direcionando ligações apoiando o controle de correspondências e contribuindo para a organização do ambiente corporativo.
Principais atividades:
Apoio no controle do fluxo de pagamentos;
Abertura e acompanhamento de requisições de pagamento;
Organização de documentos planilhas e controles administrativos;
Suporte administrativo às áreas de RH e QHSE;
Atendimento à recepção visitantes e ligações telefônicas;
Apoio no controle de correspondências arquivos e materiais internos.
